By accessing and using the Triple R Vending LLC ("Triple R Vending") website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Triple R Vending provides vending machine placement, stocking, and maintenance services to qualifying businesses at no direct cost to the host location. Services include:
Businesses requesting a vending machine placement agree to:
All vending machines placed by Triple R Vending remain the sole property of Triple R Vending at all times. The host location is granted a license to have the machine on their premises subject to this agreement.
The Triple R Vending referral program offers a $50 reward for successful machine placements resulting from referrals. Conditions include:
Information submitted through forms on this website (including name, email, phone number, and business information) is collected for the purpose of providing our vending services and may be stored in our business systems including third-party tools such as Google Sheets. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Triple R Vending shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products from our machines. Our liability is limited to the direct value of the transaction in question.
Triple R Vending makes reasonable efforts to stock safe, properly stored food and beverage products within their expiration dates. Customers with food allergies should review product labels before consuming any vending machine product. Triple R Vending is not liable for allergic reactions due to undisclosed or unanticipated ingredients.
Either party may terminate the vending placement arrangement by providing 30 days written notice to the other party. Written notice may be submitted via email to [email protected] or delivered in writing to Triple R Vending LLC directly.
The 30-day notice period is required to allow Triple R Vending LLC sufficient time to coordinate the safe and timely removal of its equipment from the host location. During this 30-day period, the host location agrees to:
Triple R Vending LLC will retrieve its equipment within the 30-day notice window at a mutually agreed upon time. Failure by the host location to provide the required 30-day written notice may result in the host location being responsible for any costs associated with expedited equipment retrieval.
Triple R Vending donates a percentage of proceeds to animal rescue charities as part of our mission. The specific percentage is subject to change at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate our current charity contribution rate on our website.
Triple R Vending reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
